In honor of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, this Goodtype Tuesday, I lettered "Seize the Awkward"—a campaign by the @adcouncil, @JedFoundation and @afspnational that encourages people to seize the awkward and reach out to a friend who might be struggling with their mental health. “Seize the Awkward” provides resources on signs to look for if you think a friend is going through a tough time and tips for how to start the conversation.
