A few months ago I was sitting at my desk eating one of those 100 calorie snacks. I had flipped the wrapper over and saw a long list of ingredients. At that moment I realized that I wanted to eat more simply and more healthy. This is one of the desserts that I really enjoy and am pretty excited about. Healthy Chocolate Mousse
1 ripe Banana
2 tsps Cocoa Powder (I use special dark cocoa)
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
